Contract Lead

Responsible for all Contract Management matters and activities.Continuous Contract Reporting standards including, but not limited to Performance, General, Operational and Financial.Define the key control point of the contractual aspects and defining the progress measures of the day-to-day contract administration activities.Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts with clients and FMMA.Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilitiesMaintain the TFM service delivery plan and status of contractual deliverablesSupervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelinesEnsuring all contract documentation is up to date and all the mentioned contracted scope of work is being delivered.Making a well understanding of the scope of work with company obligations towards client requirements.Handle any contractual disputes that might raise during the period of the contractMaintaining the requirements of monthly invoice for submittal in coordination with Finance department and grant client approvalCoordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenuesEnsures that contracts are in line with corporate goals and objectivesIdentifies potential improvements to existing policiesKeep a tracker of submitted invoices with their status for both client’s & Sub-contractorsStay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulationsDeveloping and maintain relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers and customersStudying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulationsMaintaining, updating and improving contractual records as per regulatoryAnalyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and proceduresAnalyzes a contract’s risk to the businessEnsures that business goals are accomplished by contract implementationNegotiates and oversees leasing agreementsResponsible to conduct weekly audit to review overall performance and implementing enhancement plan with other dept.Responsible to conduct monthly PMS analysis with performance dept.Responsible to fulfil all the above listed & contractual responsibilities/requirements but not limited, to fulfill additional requirement upon management directions within the field his expertise/job responsibilities.Responsible to deliver all the contractual deliverables requirements and reporting within the agreed timelines.Provide essential training to all the dept. leads on the contractual deliverable and gaps.Gap analysis to be provided on monthly basis with required action plan.The employee is expected to be available and responsive to any requests or inquiries related to his/her area of expertise and should not refuse any mention or task related to his/her role and responsibilities.QualificationsEngineering field Bachelor’s DegreeHave a minimum of 10 to 15 years’ relevant experience in a similar roleGood command of English and ideally, knowledge of Arabic#J-18808-Ljbffr
