Join our fast‑growing team and play a crucial role in delivering smart, sustainable solutions.Role PurposeWe’re seeking a Contract BMS / HVAC Field Audit Technician to support the implementation of our cutting‑edge AI‑based HVAC optimization solution. The technician will serve as the site interface for our remote implementation team, ensuring smooth and efficient on‑site feasibility studies, data collection, and implementation of HVAC system optimisations. This role is hands‑on and requires someone comfortable working directly with BMS platforms, HVAC systems, and technical teams to ensure successful pilot implementation and the long‑term success of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesOn‑Site Feasibility Studies & Technical Surveys: Conduct detailed site assessments to determine HVAC system set‑up and verify control points across various commercial buildings.Collaboration with Remote Teams: Act as the on‑site bridge for our remote implementation team, ensuring smooth data collection, system verification, and troubleshooting during the project lifecycle.Data Collection & Verification: Review and collect data from BMS systems, verify HVAC control points (e.g., chillers, AHUs, pumps, sensors), and document findings with clear, structured notes and photos.System Optimization Support: Validate HVAC topology, check the status of control points, and assess readiness for the AI optimisation solution.Coordination with IT and BMS Vendors: Ensure seamless access to BMS systems, including VPN set‑up, network information, and cybersecurity requirements.Testing & Validation: Support point testing, trend validation, and control verification during the onboarding process to ensure system accuracy and reliability.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Escalate site issues promptly, including incomplete data, system inconsistencies, and access barriers, and work with stakeholders to resolve them swiftly.Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide weekly progress updates to management and the sales team, highlighting blockers and next steps.Must‑Have QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Related Field3+ Years of Hands‑On Experience with BMS, HVAC systems, or building automation in commercial environments such as malls, hospitals, hotels, offices, or universities.Experience with HVAC Systems including chilled water systems, AHUs, VFDs, pumps, valves, and temperature/pressure control.Proficiency with Common BMS Platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium/Niagara, or similar.Strong Communication & Coordination Skills for working with facility managers, BMS operators, IT teams, and subcontractors.Ability to Read & Interpret Schematics including P&IDs, control drawings, and equipment schedules.Attention to Detail & Strong Site Discipline: Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage complex tasks in fast‑paced environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Large‑Scale Commercial Facilities such as malls, retail, or multi‑zone commercial buildings.Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, or IP‑based BMS Networking and remote connectivity.UAE Driving License and willingness to travel to sites at short notice.Proficiency in Arabic or Hindi/Urdu (optional, but helpful).Why Join NNTC?At NNTC, we’re not just a technology company— we’re revolutionising the way buildings manage energy, comfort, and sustainability.
