BIM Modeler-Infrastructure

With landmark projects such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice, we continue to shape Dubai’s urban landscape through innovation, quality, and integrated design excellence.Our Design 360 Studio brings together multidisciplinary expertise across Architecture, Infrastructure, Structures, MEP, Landscape, and Interiors to deliver coordinated, value-driven developments.Role OverviewAs a BIM Modeler – Infrastructure, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models related to wet utilities (water supply, sewerage, stormwater), dry utilities (power, telecom, district cooling), and road & traffic systems.Working closely with infrastructure engineers and the Infrastructure Design Managers, you will ensure accurate modelling, coordination, and timely delivery of infrastructure design packages aligned with project and authority requirements in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesDry utilities (electrical, telecom, district cooling networks)Road networks, corridors, grading, and traffic elementsUse AutoCAD and Civil 3D for infrastructure modelling and design developmentEnsure models meet project-specific LOD requirementsPerform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk NavisworksCoordinate with internal teams (Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape)Resolve conflicts between utilities, roads, and other disciplinesParticipate in coordination meetings and model reviewsStandards & ComplianceEnsure adherence to BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and project-specific protocolsApply correct naming conventions, layering, and file structuresAlign models with Dubai authority requirements (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.)Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all modelsExtract 2D drawings, plans, profiles, and cross-sections from modelsGenerate utility layouts, road profiles, and grading plansSupport quantity take-offs and BOQs for infrastructure worksPrepare and update as-built models for project closeoutMaintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycleEnsure version control and proper coordination across multiple filesSupport digital workflows within the Design 360 StudioQualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering / Relevant FieldCertification or training in BIM is highly preferredMinimum 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure BIM modelling within UAE/Specially in Dubai Greenfield projectsTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in:AutoCADAutodesk NavisworksExperience in:Utility coordination (wet & dry)Road design and corridor modellingClash detection and resolutionFamiliarity with BIM collaboration platforms is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
