Operations Manager

OverviewWe’re seeking an organized and communicative operations manager to oversee daily studio activity, resource planning, and scheduling. Great role for someone who thrives in a creative environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee all studio operations: scheduling, resource allocation, supply management, and project tracking.Coordinate communication between creative staff (modelers, artists, printers) and business functions (sales, marketing).Manage budgets, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost targets.Oversee studio safety, security, and facility maintenance; implement protocols for equipment use and worksite organization.Support staff training, handle hiring/onboarding, and serve as dispute mediator or workflow optimizer.Compile reports, analyze operational data, and suggest process improvements to studio leadership.Coordinate studio workflow and production schedules.QualificationsExcellent organizational and leadership skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role.Experience in creative or production studio management preferred.Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
