This role is designed for specialists passionate about delivering comprehensive urological care, supported by cutting edge diagnostic tools, endourology suites, and minimally invasive surgical technologies.</p><p>The hospital is developing a center of excellence for urology, offering integrated services across kidney, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive health, including advanced management of urological cancers, stone disease, and functional disorders.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of urological conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities – Urology</h3><ul><li>Diagnose and manage<b>urological disorders</b>, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate conditions, and bladder disorders</li><li>Perform<b>urological surgical procedures</b>, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive surgeries</li><li>Manage<b>urological cancers</b>, including prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers in collaboration with oncology teams</li><li>Perform<b>endourological procedures</b>, such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, and lithotripsy</li><li>Evaluate and treat<b>male reproductive health conditions</b>, including infertility and erectile dysfunction</li><li>Manage<b>benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)</b>and other lower urinary tract symptoms</li><li>Provide care for<b>urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders</b></li><li>Conduct<b>pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up care</b></li><li>Collaborate with<b>nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists</b>for multidisciplinary care</li><li>Utilise<b>advanced imaging and diagnostic tools</b>to support clinical decision-making</li><li>Maintain<b>accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records</b>in compliance with regulatory standards</li><li>Participate in<b>clinical audits, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives</b></li><li>Ensure adherence to<b>international urology guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations</b></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Applications are welcome from physicians holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:</p><ul><li><b>American Board of Urology</b></li><li><b>Royal College Certification (Canada)</b></li><li><b>Arab Board in Urology</b></li><li><b>MCh / DNB / FCPS Urology</b>or equivalent recognised specialist qualification</li></ul><p>Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for<b>DHA / DOH / MOH licensing</b>.
