Join us in our commitment to excellence in healthcare!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive assessments and diagnostics of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that include both surgical and non-surgical options.Conduct advanced surgical procedures, emphasizing minimally invasive techniques to promote faster recovery.Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient management, ensuring effective outcomes.Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-surgical care to facilitate recovery.Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance clinical practices.Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes.Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a reputable and accredited institution.Completed residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery.Current and valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.A minimum of 5 years of experience in gastrointestinal surgical practice.Strong proficiency in performing a range of surgical procedures, particularly laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques.Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to gastrointestinal conditions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.Dedication to ongoing education and professional development in the field of surgery.Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.Private Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
