Consultant Physician – Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon (Transplant)

We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon (Transplant) for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSupports and adheres to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives policies and procedures.Supports and participates in the organizations performance management system including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.Assists with Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage is provided within the division at all times.Attends divisional meetings as required.Supports reporting investigation and response to untoward incidents.Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complex paediatric cardiac surgeries including heart transplantation procedures.Manage congenital heart diseases and complex cardiac conditions in paediatric patients.Work closely with paediatric cardiology ICU and transplant teams to provide comprehensive care.Participate in multidisciplinary clinical meetings to discuss treatment strategies.Supervise junior physicians and surgical staff.Ensure accurate documentation of clinical information and surgical procedures.RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Cardiothoracic Surgery.Fellowship / Subspecialty training in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery or Transplant Surgery.TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR American Board / Canadian Board / UK CCT or equivalent.Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery.Valid DOH License or eligibility.WORK LOCATION: ABU DHABI#J-18808-Ljbffr
