Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon (UK CCT / American Board) - Abu Dhabi

OverviewWe are currently seeking a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon to join our team at Allocation Assist Middle East in Abu Dhabi.As a consultant pediatric orthopedic surgeon, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from newborns to adolescents, and utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic tests to assess the patient’s conditionDevelop and implement treatment plans based on the patient’s individual needsPerform surgical procedures, including casting, corrective surgeries, and fracture repairMonitor and follow up on patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyEducate patients and their families on preventative measures and post-treatment careCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patientKeep updated with the latest medical advancements and techniques in pediatric orthopedicsParticipate in staff meetings, educational events, and conferences to share knowledge and expertiseComply with all regulatory and safety standards in patient care and practice management.RequirementsMedical degree from an accredited institutionBoard certification in Pediatric OrthopedicsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Orthopedic in a hospital or clinical settingExcellent diagnostic skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plansProficient in performing surgical procedures and using the latest medical technologyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleaguesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not required.We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as healthcare insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
