<p><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate</p><p><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate<strong>Consultant Pediatric Oncologist</strong>with expertise in<strong>Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT)</strong>to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves diagnosing and managing pediatric cancers and hematologic disorders, with a focus on BMT procedures, while contributing to clinical excellence, research, and education.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Diagnose and treat pediatric oncology and hematology conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors</li><li>Perform and oversee autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplants</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary case reviews and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Supervise junior physicians and fellows in pediatric oncology and BMT protocols</li><li>Ensure compliance with international standards of care and hospital policies</li><li>Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and CME activities</li><li>Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment options and post-transplant care</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans</li><li>Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications&Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution</li><li>Board Certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology</li><li>Fellowship training in Pediatric BMT is mandatory</li><li>Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric oncology and BMT</li><li>Eligibility for DOH/HAAD licensure in the UAE</li><li>Western-trained candidates preferred (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Competitive salary (AED 80,000–90,000/month depending on experience)</li><li>Family visa sponsorship and relocation support</li><li>Comprehensive medical insurance and annual leave</li><li>End-of-service benefits as per UAE Labour Law</li><li>Opportunities for academic involvement and career advancement</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
