SASCO Construction is looking to hire a Construction Project Director to work on a fast-track project for our client, Musanada, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from execution to handover. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for our clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesContract administration with FIDIC knowledge.Drafting professional correspondence and reports.Planning and claim experience.Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects.Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve.Agreeing on timescales, costs, and resources needed to deliver a project.Drawing up a detailed plan for achieving different stages of a project.Selecting and leading a project team.Negotiating with contractors and suppliersDirecting a multi-disciplinary team.Communicating with staff at every level.Ensuring that each stage of the project is on time, on budget, and to high standards.Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders.Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction.Working in an office or on a construction site.Resolving issues and delays.Writing bids for tenders.QualificationsMinimum 20-25 years of experience in the UAE Construction industry.Preferred 3 years of experience with Musanada’s projects.Strong organizational and project management skills.Detail‑oriented and strong communication skills.Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Fluent in English writing and speaking.SASCO Construction (Al Sweidi & Shams Co.) is a leading construction and engineering company established since 1977 in the Middle East and headquartered in the UAE.#J-18808-Ljbffr
