Construction Manager

This role involves managing subcontractors, tracking budgets and schedules, and acting as a central liaison for stakeholders.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities&Duties:</h3><ul><li>Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project plans, schedules, and budgets are strictly followed.</li><li>Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality.</li><li>Safety&Compliance: Enforce stringent health and safety regulations (HSE) and ensure compliance with local Abu Dhabi regulations.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.</li><li>Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and mitigate risks.</li><li>Quality Control: Conduct site visits to inspect materials and workmanship.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications&Skills:</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Classification: Classified Engineer "Specialized" - "Building Construction of all types Contracts" is mandatory.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15+ years of experience, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Certification: Membership in professional bodies such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE is required.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and documentation systems.</li><li>Leadership: Strong team management skills and experience in managing diverse teams.</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity to lead landmark projects and drive construction excellence within the UAE.
