Construction Manager vacancy in Dubai UAEWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager in Dubai, UAE, with a strong background in the building and construction sector, particularly in managing multiple 'Suite Projects'.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect experience working with multiple clients, developing relationships, and leading several projects simultaneously.Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while meeting or exceeding quality standards.Possess strong technical skills, including ability to evaluate drawings, manage budgets, prepare proposals, define scope, and handle scheduling and invoicing.Prepare and submit construction project budgets and cost estimates.Oversee overall project management, including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, human resources, and negotiations.Coordinate between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Negotiate costs with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage sub-consultant relationships and contracts.Monitor workforce skills, attitude, and participation, and evaluate their performance monthly to improve efficiency.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols on-site.RequirementsMinimum 15 years of experience in executive villa projects, with at least 10 years of professional experience in Dubai.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related certifications.Self-motivated, multi-tasker, energetic team player with flexible approach.Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.Excellent communication and writing skills in English.Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: Approximately AED 20,000 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
