This is a contract position that requires immediate availability. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Egyptian nationals.Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project- Conduct regular site visits to check on progress and address any concerns- Manage the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholdersRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials- Strong leadership and project management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBenefits:In addition to a competitive salary, we offer accommodation for the duration of the contract.
