Senior Cost Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Cost Manager you'll work on pre and post contract cost management services across a portfolio of exciting projects across Dubai.What will you be doing?Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clientsDelivering projects, commissions and professional assignmentsAssuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team playerMaintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial controlUndertaking cost management services with limited supervisionDelivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerProviding support to the team leader/service leaders in the cost management of projectsRepresenting the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationshipsWhat do you need?BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalentMembership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)Experience in a variety of large developments such as hospitality, leisure, residential, retail, and infrastructureGood technical writing, client-facing, and communication skillsWell-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astuteA team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexibleAbout UsCurrie & Brown prioritise for the long term and honour our commitments.
