This position is open exclusively to Filipino candidates, with no English language requirement, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our team.As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from planning to completion. This includes overseeing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality control throughout the project. Your main goal will be to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. You should also have extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques, as well as experience working on contract projects.This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. The package also includes accommodation for the duration of the contract.
