Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers with construction tasks.Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.Transport materials around the construction site as required.Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work.Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as cement, concrete, and mortar.Hold tools and materials for skilled workers during installation or repair work.Assist with setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.Remove debris, waste materials, and hazardous items from the worksite.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.PerformSkillsBasic understanding of construction site operations.Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.Ability to work in outdoor environments and different weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Basic communication skills in English (preferred).Previous construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
