Site Construction Manager

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.Identify and resolve any construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays.Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.Ensure that all construction activities align with EGA (Emirates Global Aluminium) project requirements and standards.Lead and motivate the construction team, ensuring high performance and collaboration on-site.Qualifications and SkillsExperience:10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE.Proven track record in managing complex construction projects, preferably in industrial or large-scale developments.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and UAE construction regulations.Proficiency in using project management and construction software tools.Soft Skills:Leadership and team management capabilities to drive performance and meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with stakeholders and team members.Educational Background:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
