Conference Director

We’re working with a leading events organisation in the region that is looking to appoint an experienced Conference Director to lead the development and delivery of high-level industry conference programmes.This role will focus on agenda development, speaker acquisition and stakeholder engagement, ensuring conferences deliver both strong industry impact and commercial success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead conference programme research and agenda developmentSource and secure high-profile industry speakersBuild relationships with senior stakeholders, partners and industry leadersWork closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver successful eventsManage advisory committees and support the call for papers processMonitor industry trends to identify new conference opportunitiesRequirements5+ years’ experience producing conferences or large-scale eventsStrong industry networking and stakeholder management skillsExperience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsCommercially aware with the ability to develop high-value conference content#J-18808-Ljbffr
