COMPLIANCE OFFICER IN DUBAI

An international Oil and Gas company is actively searching for an experienced Group Compliance Officer to join their exploration department in Dubai, UAE.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to all departments and senior management on all compliance matters relating to the group.Manage the group’s exposure to compliance and regulatory risks.Advise management on the impact of applicable laws and regulations.Manage relationships with external advisers and interfaces with any relevant regulators.Monitor and enforce compliance within the control framework, financial authorities manual, contracts & purchasing policy, code of conduct and other key corporate governance policies.QualificationsAt least 8 years of relevant experience.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a compliance role.Degree in law and qualified as a lawyer / solicitor.Direct oil & gas experience.BenefitsIn return you will be rewarded with a highly attractive salary package of £130,000 plus additional benefits.ApplicationIf you feel that you have the relevant skills and experience then please apply by following the relevant links provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
