OverviewJob Title: Legal Adviser (Contract) - Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in various aspects of the law, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with local and international laws. This is a contract position open to all nationalities.ResponsibilitiesReviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policiesConducting legal research and providing advice on various legal mattersAssisting with contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with legal requirementsHandling disputes and providing guidance on potential risks and liabilitiesKeeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operationsCollaborating with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the businessRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Law or related field; Master\'s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years\' experience as a Legal Adviser or similar roleStrong knowledge of UAE laws and regulationsExperience in contract negotiations and drafting legal documentsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWe welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
