Community Manager

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and community-driven Community & Engagement Manager who will take full ownership of our real estate WhatsApp community and turn it into the most active and valuable professional network for brokers in Dubai.This role is primarily focused on community growth, engagement, retention, and value creation, with event organization as a supporting tool to strengthen relationships offline.You will manage and develop a fast-growing community of 1,150+ real estate professionals and play a key role in building one of the strongest broker networks in Dubai.What You'll DoCommunity Management & Growth (Primary Focus)Take full ownership of our WhatsApp community (1,150+ brokers & real estate professionals)Drive daily engagement: warm-ups, discussions, polls, prompts, conversation startersMaintain high activity levels and healthy communication inside the groupDevelop and execute a clear community growth strategyAttract and onboard new qualified membersIncrease retention and loyalty of existing membersIdentify power members and activate themShare valuable content: market insights, expert materials, tools, updates, analyticsModerate conversations and maintain community standardsCommunity-Led Events (Supporting Focus)Organize weekly offline events (every Saturday) as a tool for strengthening the communityRecruit speakers from within the community (barter-based collaborations)Collaborate with SMM team to promote eventsBe present at events and actively interact with membersIntroduce new formats that increase engagement and retentionRequirementsExperienced in community management (Telegram/WhatsApp/Facebook groups, etc.)Event management experience is a plusUAE experience is an advantageHighly proactive, fast-thinking, and ownership-drivenStrong communicator who knows how to warm up and energise a chatFluent in EnglishInterested in real estate (industry background is a plus, but not required)Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibilityBenefitsCompetitive salaryFull ownership of the community direction and growthFreedom to test ideas and launch new engagement formatsOpportunity to build one of the most active real estate communities in DubaiProfessional growth in a fast-moving and supportive environmentIf you're someone who loves building strong professional communities, creating real engagement, and turning online interaction into real relationships — this role is for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
