<div><p><b>Commissioning Manager - Telecom</b></p><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><p>Service Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia</p><p>Service Status: Resident</p><p>Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable)</p><h3>Activities</h3><ul><li>The service provider will have to supervise EPCC Contractors construction activities, in order that the field activities are completed (AOC reached) as per the Project schedule.</li><li>Experience in Telecom and Security</li><li>Good knowledge of erection work execution.</li><li>Advanced relevant construction work experience, preferable in Middle East Oil&Gas industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.</li><li>Interpersonal skills: ability to work with others in collaborative manner.</li><li>Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and ability to manage changing priorities.</li><li>Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of safety and environmental aspects of major construction projects.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mind.</li><li>Ability to work as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, project people, PMT EPCC packages, etc.).</li></ul><h3>Missions</h3><ul><li>The service holder will ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in his Package are prepared and executed according to OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© Mobi web in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the planned schedule. This role involves close coordination with the EPCC package commissioning manager.</li><li>Manage and expedite the review and approval process of the EPCC contractor commissioning plans and procedures.</li><li>Report the project pre-commissioning and commissioning progress.</li><li>Manage and coordinate the package commissioning supervision.</li><li>Support the coordination of commissioning interface points.</li><li>Oversee the reviews and approval of the commissioning dossiers.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination with the Manufacturing organization.</li><li>The main challenge is to ensure that the Project Commissioning is done according to COMPANY specifications and that OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS© are consistently implemented across different site activities with various interfacing between packages. The focus will be on ensuring a smooth handover to operations. The jobholder must anticipate or identify problem areas or potential conflicts (within the Company).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
