Commercial Sales Manager

<div><p>We are looking for a<b>Commercial Sales Manager</b>with Engineering Background to join our<b>Commercial Vehicles team</b>. This role will act as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored vehicle solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in<b>technical sales support, solution development, and project coordination</b>, ensuring that our commercial vehicle solutions remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical expertise during client meetings and support the<b>pre-sales and sales processes</b>.</li><li>Support the<b>sales team</b>in developing proposals and expanding the commercial customer base.</li><li>Review and respond to<b>RFPs, RFQs, and technical tender documents</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with<b>Product, Engineering, Sales, Aftersales, and Pricing teams</b>to design customized solutions.</li><li>Prepare and present<b>technical proposals, documentation, and solution presentations</b>.</li><li>Ensure all proposed solutions comply with<b>quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines</b>.</li><li>Coordinate with<b>vehicle modification partners, body builders, and third-party suppliers</b>when needed.</li><li>Participate in project kick-offs and ensure proper technical alignment during project implementation.</li><li>Stay up to date with<b>market trends, engineering developments, and commercial vehicle solutions</b>.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in<b>Engineering</b>(Mechanical or Electrical preferred).</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><b>8+ years of experience</b>in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering.</li><li>Strong experience within the<b>Commercial Vehicle industry</b>.</li><li>Proven experience managing<b>large-scale projects and cross-functional sales initiatives</b>.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong<b>technical communication and presentation skills</b>.</li><li>Ability to develop<b>technical proposals and documentation</b>.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.</li><li><b>Fluent in English and Arabic</b>.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
