Job Title: Senior Solution Manager – C&I BESSLocation: Dubai, UAEJob SummaryAs a Senior Solution Manager – C&I BESS, you will be responsible for leading the technical and solution strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems across different Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments in the ME region, with occasional utility-scale projects.With 5+ years of BESS experience, you will act as the technical authority and solution owner, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, and key partners to define, adapt, and deliver optimized BESS solutions aligned with market requirements, regulations, and customer needs. You will support business development, lead complex solution design, and ensure successful integration and execution across the full project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Senior Technical Solution Lead for BESS projects in the C&I sector across the ME region.Define and tailor end-to-end BESS solutions, ensuring compliance with local grid codes, standards, and customer requirements.Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, technical proposals, and customer presentations.Lead technical engagement with key clients, utilities, EPCs, and strategic partners, building long‑term trusted relationships.Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure solution alignment, integration, and continuous improvement.Support and oversee project execution, commissioning, and handover, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and tools for internal teams, partners, and integrators.Lead and contribute to technical due diligence of distributors, EPCs, and suppliers in the region.Deliver technical training to internal teams, clients, and partners.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer forums in the MENA region.Monitor market trends, competitor solutions, and regulatory developments to support strategic positioning.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in BESS, energy storage, power systems, or related solution management roles.Proven experience across Utility‑scale or C&I energy projects.Strong technical expertise in BESS architecture, system integration, inverters, EMS, grid connection, and commissioning.Previous track record in off‑grid and hybrid systems with gensets, PV and BESS complex architectures is desired.Experience working in or with the ME region, including understanding of regional market dynamics and standards.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and executive‑level audiences.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus. Additional languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel across the ME region as required.This role involves frequent regional travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and industry events, and close collaboration with cross‑functional and international teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
