<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The role supports PFMC (Saudi) commercial operations across ship repairs, conversions and marine and offshore structural blocks fabrication segments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Development / improve commercial strategies in line with the trend of marine and offshore project in Middle East, focusing on Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Take charge and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue and margin targets for ship repairs, conversions, and fabrications in Kingdom.</li><li>Establish new clients pool and carry out vendor registration process for all Marine and Offshore customers operating in KSA.</li><li>Follow up on all new clients to promote Supply Base capabilities and service support to bring in new revenue streams.</li><li>Handle enquiries from customers and manage competitive quotations/tariffs for PFMC.</li><li>Follow up the tenders with customers and agents and negotiate the Contracts/Projects.</li><li>Carry out estimating and commercial invoicing in KSA.</li><li>Handle client management for PFMC and submission of work done reports.</li><li>Work with the PaxOcean Saudi Operations team to maintain optimal critical inventory levels for materials and consumables.</li><li>Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations and determine when processes violate regulations.</li><li>Assess risks and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks identified.</li><li>Provide functional and management support in the management of Change, including negotiation and settlement of Change/Variation Orders with the clients.</li><li>Review existing company procedures and policies on commercial management and provide constructive feedback for refining/updating the existing procedures.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the commercial – Shipyard. (Strong grasp of Saudi Maritime Business a MUST, Middle East Centric Preferred)</li><li>Conversant in Microsoft applications (Excel / Word)</li><li>Conversant in SAP Project Management</li><li>Conversant in Salesforce (Preferred)</li><li>Team management experience</li><li>Good leadership skills.</li><li>Good client management and customer service skills.</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><p>Bachelors in Management or Business Administration</p><p>Others in Maritime Studies</p><h3>Certifications</h3></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
