As the fleet and portfolio expands, you will be given the platform to build your legacy, shape commercial infrastructure, and grow your career alongside the organisation.Your mandateIn this high-impact role, you will focus on establishing the systems and infrastructure required to bridge our commercial strategy with technical operations.Leadership: Build and lead a team to develop the commercial function, ensuring your Technical Superintendents and Fleet Managers are fully aligned with your contractual and commercial objectives.Scale Our Infrastructure: You will build and refine the commercial systems and procedures within the Company Management System to support your rapidly growing vessel portfolio.Own the Financial Architecture: You will oversee the end-to-end budget lifecycle, from your initial proposals to Top Management approval and final Owner agreement.Expand Stakeholder Relationships: You will maintain and grow primary communication channels with Owners, serving as the commercial lead during this period of significant fleet transition.Manage Risk & Monitoring: You will design and implement the tools needed to monitor financial exposure per client, ensuring the business scales safely and sustainably under your oversight.YouWe require an adaptable, growth-oriented professional capable of managing day-to-day operations and long-term systems building.Your Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a managerial or commercial position within ship management.Your Competencies: You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Your Attributes: You bring a proactive mindset focused on continual improvement, process development, and the execution of special projects under direct Board instruction.Apply now to take ownership of commercial performance in a rapidly-scaling business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
