Youll help keep our campaigns moving our content organized and our commercial projects running smoothly all while learning from some of the best in the industry.What will I be doingYoull work closely with our Commercial team and get hands-on experience across Marketing and GCE. Your day could look like:Vendor & Procurement Coordination Managing relationships with our creative digital print and production partners Preparing and tracking POs and coordinating with Finance on invoices and payments Making sure everything stays on brand and on timeContent Asset & Database Management Collecting and organizing content visuals and briefs for campaigns Maintaining our digital asset library on OneDrive Managing influencer and content creator databases and tracking performanceCampaign Social Media & Influencer Support Coordinating influencer collaborations approvals and reporting Supporting daily social media tasks captions replies and updates Proofreading content reviewing website copy and assisting with EnglishArabic translations Contributing ideas for campaign messaging and marketing materialsMarketing Operations & Coordination Updating expense trackers and coordinating daily task lists Supporting photoshoots and videoshoots Assisting with events activations and media engagements Conducting market research and spotting new trends or opportunities Future: Handling lead-management tasks once our microsite launchesAdministrative & Reporting Support Helping with scheduling documentation and internal coordination Supporting marketing event and financial reports Handling system entries and updates across platforms like BirchStreet Delphi LightStay and others Coordinating permits commission reports event reports and weekly/monthly dataRequired Experience:Intern Key Skills Campaigns,Abinitio,AutoCAD 3D,Hardware & Networking,Customer Support,Arabic Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
