About the companyA unique opportunity to lead the revenue and reservations strategy for an ultra-luxury hospitality brand.This leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven strategist with a passion for luxury travel, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.Our client is a leading international luxury hospitality group, known for its world-class service, elegant accommodations, and exceptional guest experiences across iconic global destinations.What will you do?Lead the Reservation and Revenue Management departments across the clusterAct as business owner of all revenue systems and tools (RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking)Optimize inventory, pricing, parity, and distribution across all channelsTranslate business analytics into actionable strategies to improve revenue performanceDrive optimal pricing strategies across room classes and market segmentsTrack and analyze KPIs on the Commercial Scorecard with a focus on performance improvementPartner with Sales on group pricing and education on best practicesForecast market trends and adjust strategies to ensure profitability in all demand cyclesOwn the relationship with OTA Market ManagersLead revenue forecast creation and accuracy monitoringChair Revenue Strategy meetings and drive commercial alignmentSupport Sales, Marketing, and Finance in annual budget and goal settingCoordinate with PR, Marketing, and Reservations on promotional strategyGuide upselling initiatives at the front office, adjusting supplements as neededDefine and manage rate strategies, segment ceilings, and incentive plans for reservationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)5+ years in revenue management with a proven track record of revenue growthDeep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer behaviourStrategic mindset with advanced analytical capabilitiesStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; additional language is a plusProficiency in RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking, and sales & catering systemsWhat you’re offeredCompetitive tax-free salary and service chargeAnnual incentive planMedical and life insurancePaid annual leave and home leave ticketEnd-of-service gratuityLive-out allowanceWork authorization providedCareer growth and international transfer opportunitiesLearning & development programs5-day work week (48 hours)Take charge of a critical function within one of the most recognized luxury brands in hospitality.
