We empower banking, government, and enterprise clients across the Middle East to achieve their digital objectives.Job DescriptionOperate, monitor, andsupport Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to ensure high availability,performance, and security of cloud services.Manage day-to-day cloudoperations including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, andtroubleshooting of GCP resources.Support Apigee APIManagement operations, including API deployment, policy configuration,security enforcement, monitoring, and analytics reporting.Assist in the operationalsupport of Vertex AI and Gen AI platforms, including model lifecycleactivities, environment support, governance controls, and integrationmonitoring.Monitor and support BigQueryintegrations, ensuring data pipelines, access controls, and performance aremaintained.Perform incidentmanagement, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in line with ITILprocesses; participate in on-call and escalation support as required.Implement and maintain observabilityand monitoring solutions (logging, metrics, alerts, dashboards) toproactively identify and resolve issues.Manage and support Kubernetesclusters and Linux-based systems, including patching, upgrades, capacitymanagement, and security hardening.Execute routine operationaltasks such as backups, recovery testing, system health checks, and environmentvalidation.Support FinOps and costoptimization initiatives by monitoring cloud spend, implementing taggingstandards, right-sizing resources, and generating cost reports.Create and maintainoperational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and compliance reports to supportaudit and governance requirements.Collaborate with cloudengineers, security teams, and service delivery managers to support changemanagement, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure adherence toorganizational security policies, compliance standards, and best practicesacross all cloud operations.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certificationsare a plus.KeyRequirements6 to 10 years of experience in ITinfrastructure or cloud operations.Working knowledge of Google CloudPlatform (GCP) services, especially Apigee (API management, Security Policies,Analytics), Vertex AI, Gen AI (Model lifecycle, governance), BigQueryIntegration.Hand-on experience with observabilityand monitoring, incident response, and routine cloud operations / maintenance.Hands-on experience in managingKubernetes clusters and Linux operating system. Familiarity with basicscripting (e.g., Shell, Python) would be an advantage.Understanding FinOps practices and costoptimization techniques (right-sizing, tagging, cost governance) in GCP.Strong documentation and reportingskills; adherence to ITIL processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
