Job Title: Cleaner (Facility Management)Location: Dubai, UAE(Assignments across residential, malls, commercial buildings, banks, and offices)Department: Operations / Facility ManagementJob Summary:The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across assigned facilities in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, clean, and professional environment in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dustingClean and disinfect restrooms, wash areas, and high-touch surfacesMaintain cleanliness of lobbies, offices, corridors, elevators, and common areasEmpty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposalRefill consumables such as soap, tissue, and sanitizersClean glass panels, windows, and mirrorsOperate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., vacuum, scrubbers, polishers)Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisorFollow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklistsComply with UAE hygiene, safety, and environmental standardsSupport periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning projectsWork Environment:Residential towers and apartmentsShopping malls and retail outletsCommercial offices and business centersBanks and financial institutionsPublic and high-traffic areasQualifications:High school level or equivalent preferredPrevious cleaning or housekeeping experience (UAE experience is an advantage)Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipmentPhysically fit and able to stand for long hoursWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysSkills & Competencies:Attention to detailTime management and efficiencyReliability and punctualityBasic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)Teamwork and disciplineOther Requirements:Good personal hygiene and grooming standardsAbility to work in different locations across DubaiHonest, responsible, and hardworkingKnowledge of basic safety proceduresNot more than 45 years oldSalary: AED1500 + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Visa + Ticket#J-18808-Ljbffr
