The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and finishing works, excellent leadership abilities, and proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the UAE.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage all phases of civil and finishing activities including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble, waterproofing, and other related works.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.</li><li>Supervise project execution and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, MEP, and joinery teams to maintain proper sequencing and interface alignment.</li><li>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.</li><li>Oversee procurement and material planning to ensure site requirements are met without delays.</li><li>Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all project sites.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.</li><li>Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing interior fit‑out or furniture‑related civil projects (preferably within the UAE).</li><li>Proven track record in delivering high‑end interior projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license required.</li><li>Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
