Evaluate the condition of maintenance work performed and ensure compliance with approved plans and safety regulations. Prepare detailed reports on findings including recommendations for repairs and improvements. Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee repair and restoration projects ensuring highquality workmanship. Monitor construction and renovation work to comply with safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of inspections maintenance activities and compliance checks. Act as a liaison between palace management and contractors for civil maintenance projects. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil maintenance inspection or construction supervision. Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and construction practices. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using inspection tools and software for reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
