Job Description – Civil ForemanPosition: Civil ForemanLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: ₹39,000 per monthJob SummaryThe Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves managing manpower, materials, and daily site operations while maintaining safety and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project siteAllocate tasks and manage masons, helpers, carpenters, and subcontractor teamsEnsure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedulesMonitor site progress and report daily work status to the Site Engineer or Project ManagerEnsure proper usage, handling, and availability of construction materialsMaintain quality standards for concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing worksEnforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE guidelinesIdentify and resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptlyCoordinate with other trades (MEP, finishing teams) to avoid work conflictsMaintain site records such as attendance, work progress, and material consumptionEssential QualificationsDiploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant construction tradeMinimum 3–6 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or similar roleGCC/UAE experience will be an added advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of civil construction methods and site executionAbility to read and understand construction drawings and plansGood leadership and team-handling skillsBasic understanding of quality control and safety practicesProblem-solving and decision-making ability on siteGood communication skills to coordinate with engineers and workers#J-18808-Ljbffr
