Our teams work across multi‑disciplinary civil and complex urban development, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client partnership.</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>Robert Bird Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for Urban Civil professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.</p><p>The roles will focus on the delivery of integrated urban civil design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, aligned with major masterplanning and development programs.</p><p>We are building a strong pipeline of talent across multiple levels:</p><ul><li>Urban Civil Lead</li><li>Urban Principal Civil Engineer</li><li>Urban Senior Civil Engineer</li><li>Urban Civil Engineer</li></ul><p>These roles will support major urban civil, masterplanning, and development programs aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and deliver urban civil infrastructure design including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, architecture, and utilities</li><li>Support masterplanning and concept to detailed design development</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority standards and project specifications</li><li>Manage stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for timely project delivery</li><li>Mentor and support junior engineers (for senior roles)</li><li>Contribute to technical excellence and innovation across projects</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Proven experience in urban civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, grading, drainage)</li><li>Strong understanding of masterplanning and integrated infrastructure design</li><li>Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA</li><li>Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design tools</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li></ul><h3>For senior roles</h3><ul><li>Demonstrated leadership and project delivery experience</li><li>Client-facing and stakeholder management capability</li></ul><h3>Why Join RBG</h3><p>Join a global, multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable, people-centric environments across 40+ countries.
