Job OverviewAs a Citrix Administrator/Consultant at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our Citrix environments. This role requires a deep understanding of Citrix infrastructure and various related technologies to deliver a reliable virtual desktop experience to our users. You will also provide expert guidance and support on all Citrix‑related projects and issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Citrix environments (XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops)Knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and related load‑balancing solutionsManage user profiles, applications, and security policies within the Citrix infrastructureTroubleshoot and resolve Citrix‑related issues, providing timely support to end‑usersMonitor performance and usage statistics, optimizing the environment for efficient resource useImplement and maintain security measures, including access controls and encryption protocolsCollaborate with IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing infrastructuresDocument system configurations, processes, and user guides for knowledge sharingStay current on Citrix technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for improvementsExpertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper‑V)Knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and related load‑balancing solutionsExperience in managing Citrix licensing, performing health checks, and ensuring complianceSkilled in planning and executing regular upgrades, patches, and environment optimizationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3‑5 years of experience in Citrix administration or a related roleStrong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix networking products (NetScaler, ADC)Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory managementExperience with virtualization technologies, particularly relevant to virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)Solid understanding of networking principles and protocolsRelevant Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA‑V, CCP‑V) are highly desirablePreferred QualificationsExperience with PowerShell for automating administrative tasksKnowledge of monitoring tools to ensure performance and availability of Citrix environmentsProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExperience in project management and implementation of Citrix solutions in enterprise environmentsStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
