The role acts as the primary technology advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring that all solutions are innovative, competitive, and fully aligned with business growth objectives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Technology Strategy&Innovation</h3><ul><li>Define and execute the technology vision for the MET region aligned with global CTO strategy.</li><li>Drive adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Digital Platforms.</li><li>Translate regional market trends into relevant offerings and use cases.</li></ul><h3>Presales</h3><ul><li>Lead the regional presales and solution architecture function across all business lines.</li><li>Own solution development for major bids, RFPs, and digital transformation programs.</li><li>Ensure quality, feasibility, and competitiveness of all technical proposals.</li><li>Strengthen partnerships (Azure, AWS, Google, OEMs) to support winning solutions.</li></ul><h3>Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Serve as a trusted technology advisor to CIO/CTO‑level stakeholders.</li><li>Support key accounts with solution roadmaps, architecture planning, and technology advisory.</li><li>Represent Atos in CXO engagements, technology councils, and industry forums.</li></ul><h3>Technical Governance&Delivery Assurance</h3><ul><li>Provide architecture governance and technical oversight for large regional programs.</li><li>Establish and enforce technology standards, patterns, and best practices.</li><li>Act as final escalation point for critical solution or design issues.</li></ul><h3>People&Capability Development</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a high‑performing team of architects and presales specialists.</li><li>Build strong technical capability in Cloud, Data, Cyber, AI/ML, and industry domains.</li><li>Strengthen certification frameworks and engineering excellence in the region.</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>15+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO / Chief Architect / Technical Director).</li><li>Deep expertise in Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and modern engineering practices.</li><li>Strong experience running presales and large‑scale solution architecture functions.</li><li>Proven engagement with senior stakeholders across Public Sector, BFSI, Energy, and Telecom.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C‑level.</li></ul><p><b>Choose your future.
