<div><p>We are seeking an<b>Operations Director</b>to lead and scale operations for a recruitment and workforce solutions firm delivering talent services across sectors including<b>Oil&Gas, Energy, Banking&Finance, Healthcare, Construction, Hospitality, IT, Manufacturing, and Sales&Marketing</b>.</p><p>This role requires a senior professional with strong experience in<b>recruitment agency operations and business development</b>, capable of managing recruitment teams, optimizing delivery processes, and contributing to<b>client acquisition and revenue growth</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple sectors</li><li>Oversee recruitment teams, delivery managers, and operational workflows</li><li>Drive team performance, productivity, and hiring delivery targets</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction and service quality across key accounts</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships</li><li>Support sales and marketing initiatives to expand the client base</li><li>Work closely with leadership to increase revenue and market presence</li><li>Implement process improvements and recruitment technologies (ATS / automation)</li><li>Manage operational budgets and cost control</li><li>Build efficient recruitment delivery models and talent pipelines</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>12+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions</li><li>5+ years in senior operations leadership within a recruitment agency or workforce solutions firm</li><li>Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams and key client accounts</li><li>Experience contributing to business development, client acquisition, or sales growth</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment operations, staffing models, and delivery performance</li><li>Ability to manage multi-sector recruitment programs and large hiring mandates</li></ul><h3>Package</h3><ul><li>Salary: AED 40,000 – 45,000 per month</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
