Your main responsibility will be to keep the dredger in a sailing‑ready condition at all times, enabling her to sail away at short notice when required.</p><h3>Function Description</h3><p>As a Chief Officer, you'll steer our operations, making a real impact on our success and future growth.</p><ul><li>Maintain the cutter suction dredger in sailing‑ready condition at all times.</li><li>Ensure navigation and bridge readiness for immediate mobilization.</li><li>Supervise deck operations and crew, focusing on safety and compliance.</li><li>Manage safety equipment, drills, and ISM procedures onboard.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Master regarding vessel status and readiness.</li></ul><p>Ready to take the helm and lead with purpose?
