CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

<p><b>JOB TITLE :</b>CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)<br/><b>DEPARTMENT :</b>Finance&Accounts<br/><b>REPORTS TO :</b>CEO&Board of Directors</p><p><b>KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/>The CFO has to manage the financial control framework that must be followed by the Group and all subsidiary business areas. The CFO will take responsibility for all financial information provided internally and externally, planning/planned sources of finance, and will give guidance on, and approval to, the interpretation of accounting standards and policies.</p><p><b>KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</b><br/></p><ol><li>Candidate should be specialized in District cooling projects.</li><li>Well-rounded experience in utilities finance management.</li><li>Coming from a well-reputable utility company.</li><li>Strong leadership skills.</li><li>Past experience in project finance and dealing with international banks.</li><li>Come from an international utilities company.</li><li>Closed concession transactions in BOT and BOOT.</li><li>Has a commercial background.</li><li>Negotiated project finance transactions with banks.</li></ol><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b>CPA/CA/Masters or Equivalent with MBA<br/><b>EXPERIENCE:</b>10 – 15 Years of relevant experience in finance functions, preferably in the major corporate sector.</p><p><b>About The Company:</b><br/>Jerry Varghese is a frontrunner group in professional recruitment solutions.
