As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in developing, updating, and testing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).</li><li>Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) with business units.</li><li>Support the development and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).</li><li>Maintain the incident management and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Organize periodic BCP drills and tabletop exercises.</li><li>Ensure BCM documentation is compliant with SAMA and ISO 22301 standards.</li><li>Track continuity risks and propose mitigation actions.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience developing BCP and DRP plans.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery.</li><li>Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and an understanding of relevant standards like ISO 22301.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Excellent command of English is a must.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
