<div><h3>الهدف العام من الوظيفة:</h3><p>يتولى كبير المهندسين المسؤولية القانونية والفنية الكاملة عن القسم الهندسي. يتمثل دوره الجوهري في ضمان الجاهزية التامة للمحركات وأنظمة توليد الطاقة، مع التركيز الفائق على توفير بيئة تشغيلية آمنة ومستقرة للمرافق الطبية (غرف العمليات، العناية المركزة، والمختبرات) التي لا تتحمل أي انقطاع في الطاقة أو تذبذب في الأنظمة المساعدة.</p><h3>المهام والمسؤوليات:</h3><p>إدارة القوى والمحركات: الإشراف الاحترافي على تشغيل وصيانة محركات الدفع الرئيسية والمولدات الكهربائية، وضمان وجود نظام "احتيااري" (Redundancy) فعال لضمان عدم انقطاع التيار الكهربائي عن الأجهزة الطبية الحساسة.</p><p>السيطرة على البيئة السريرية (HVAC): ضمان كفاءة أنظمة التكييف والتهوية المتخصصة (HEPA filters / Negative Pressure) لمنع انتقال العدوى وتوفير درجات حرارة دقيقة للمخازن الطبية والأدوية.</p><p>إدارة الموارد الحيوية: الإشراف على محطات تحلية المياه (RO) وأنظمة الصرف الصحي لضمان مطابقتها لأعلى معايير النظافة الدولية المطلوبة في البيئات الطبية.</p><p>نظم الصيانة الوقائية (PMS): تطبيق نظام صيانة صارم لجميع المعدات الميكانيكية والكهربائية على السطح وفي غرفة المحركات، مع توثيق كافة العمليات وفقاً لمعايير (Class) والمنظمة البحرية الدولية (IMO).</p><p>الامتثال والتشريعات: ضمان الالتزام الكامل باتفاقيات SOLAS وMARPOL وSTCW، بالإضافة إلى بروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بالسفن ذات الطبيعة الخدمية/الطبية.</p><p>القيادة والتدريب: قيادة فريق الهندسة وتدريبهم على سيناريوهات الطوارئ التقنية التي قد تؤثر على العمليات الطبية.</p><h3>الشروط والمؤهلات المطلوبة:</h3><p><b>الشهادة:</b>شهادة أهلية (COC) كبير مهندسين - غير محدودة (Unlimited).</p><p><b>الخبرة:</b>خبرة بحرية لا تقل عن سنتين في رتبة كبير مهندسين على سفن الدحرجة (Ro‑Ro) أو ناقلات الصب (Bulk)، مع تفضيل من لديهم خبرة في إدارة أنظمة كهربائية معقدة.</p><p><b>المهارات:</b>قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الأزمات التقنية، مهارات تحليلية عالية للأعطال، وإتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية الفنية.</p><h3>Job Purpose:</h3><p>The Chief Engineer holds absolute technical and legal accountability for the Engineering Department. The primary objective is to ensure the vessel’s seaworthiness and the continuous, fail‑safe operation of the technical infrastructure supporting clinical facilities (Operating Theaters, ICUs, and Labs) where system downtime is not an option.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities&Accountabilities:</h3><p>Propulsion&Power Plant Management: Directing the operation and maintenance of main engines and auxiliary generators, ensuring a robust power management system with N+1 redundancy to support critical medical loads.</p><p>Clinical Environment Control (HVAC): Maintaining specialized HVAC and filtration systems (including HEPA and pressure control) to ensure infection control and precise climate conditions for medical storage and patient wards.</p><p>Life Support&Utility Management: Overseeing Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and advanced sewage treatment systems to guarantee water purity and environmental compliance at medical‑grade standards.</p><p>Technical Asset Management (PMS): Implementing and auditing the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) for all mechanical, electrical, and electronic assets, ensuring strict adherence to Classification Society and Flag State requirements.</p><p>Regulatory Compliance: Guaranteeing 100% compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and STCW conventions, alongside specific safety codes for special‑purpose vessels.</p><p>Resource&Budgetary Oversight: Managing fuel, lubricants, and technical stores efficiently while overseeing the engineering budget and dry‑docking specifications.</p><h3>Mandatory Requirements:</h3><p><b>Certification:</b>Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) Chief Engineer - Unlimited.</p><p><b>Experience:</b>Minimum of 2 years of sea‑going experience in a senior engineering rank on Ro‑Ro vessels or Bulk Carriers.</p><p><b>Competencies:</b>Expert knowledge of complex electrical grids, hydraulic systems, and automated control systems.</p><p><b>Language:</b>Full professional proficiency in technical English.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
