This role requires a technically strong candidate with a passion for chemistry who can collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external suppliers. Over time, the successful candidate will build in-depth product knowledge to support sales and engage in technical discussions with vendors and international partners.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure the consistent supply of high-quality chemical products.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure procurement activities align with internal quality standards and technical specifications.</li><li>Gradually build in-depth knowledge of company products to support the sales team and actively engage in technical discussions with vendors.</li><li>Continuously work towards securing the best possible pricing while maintaining high product quality standards.</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering</b>or a closely related field.</li><li>Experience in<b>procurement or in the sales of chemical raw materials</b>is a significant advantage.</li><li>Experience or<b>familiarity with European markets</b>is a plus.</li><li>A genuine passion for chemistry and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.</li><li><b>Native or near-native English proficiency</b>is essential for effective communication with international partners and management.</li><li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Enthusiastic about chemistry and committed to building technical expertise over time.</li><li>Open to training and gradually taking on more responsibilities as they grow within the company.</li><li>Given the sensitive nature of the company’s intellectual property, preference may be given to candidates who can work closely with leadership in a trusted capacity.</li><li>Strong cultural fit, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and international work environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
