Planning Engineer

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Scheduling and Planning: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules (Level 1-4) using project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.</li><li>Progress Tracking: Regularly visit project sites to validate physical progress against the baseline schedule.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and histograms.</li><li>Contractual Analysis: Evaluate claims involving Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and review contractor recovery schedules.</li><li>Resource Forecasting: Assist in manpower, equipment, and material forecasting to ensure alignment with scheduling.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential slippages and critical path activities, recommending mitigation actions.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.</li><li>Classification: Engineer "Specialized" - "Building Construction of all types Contracts" is mandatory.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 10+ years in construction planning within the UAE.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of project management software.</li><li>Software Expertise: Strong knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis is preferred.</li><li>Certifications: PMP or PMI-SP certification is advantageous.</li><li>Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a often multinational team.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about planning and delivering large-scale construction projects and meet the above requirements, we encourage you to apply!</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
