Indian Chef in SharjahWe are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes according to our menu and standards. You will also be in charge of managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including biryani, curry, tandoori, and moreCreate new dishes and recipes while keeping with the traditional flavors and techniquesTrain and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and serviceOrder supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortagesEnsure all food safety guidelines are followed at all timesMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environmentRequirementsProven experience as an Indian Chef or similar roleKnowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniquesAbility to create new dishes while staying true to traditional flavorsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectivelyStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills in EnglishSalary: 1600$ per monthIf you are passionate about Indian cuisine and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
