Pastry Chef position in Sharjah, UAE.Location & SalarySharjah, UAE – 1600 AED/month.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the pastry arts and be capable of preparing a wide variety of cakes, desserts, chocolates and other treats. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and possess a creative flair for developing new recipes.ResponsibilitiesPrepare cakes, desserts, chocolates and other pastries in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.Ensure all recipes are properly followed, including ingredients’ measurements, cooking time, and presentation techniques.Monitor stock levels of finished products as well as ingredients needed for production.Collaborate with other chefs regarding special menu items or seasonal changes.QualificationsProven experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.Knowledge of baking techniques and preferred recipes.Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards required.Additional InformationWe are open to considering foreigners for this position, so please do not hesitate to apply if you feel you meet the requirements!#J-18808-Ljbffr
