The successful candidate will have a passion for creating delicious meals, a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, as well as helping to create innovative dishes and menus.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping menus and recipes that reflect the restaurant’s style and cuisineOverseeing the preparation, presentation, and cooking of foodEnsuring that food safety regulations are followedManaging inventory and ordering suppliesManaging staff in the kitchen, including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplineEnsuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintainedWorking with management to adhere to budgetsTroubleshooting any issues that may arise in the kitchenSalary & BenefitsThe position offers a salary of 1400 per month.
