Chef De Partie

<div><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Sharjah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will be responsible for ensuring highquality food preparation and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>To manage your Kitchen section with regard to food preparation and service according to set standards customer satisfaction and high level of sales in line with company policies and regulations</li><li>Responsible for guiding the Commis in the performance of their jobs in accordance to Hotel policies and procedures</li><li>Train and supervise junior kitchen staff providing guidance and support</li><li>Prepare highquality dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes</li><li>Ensure proper food handling storage and hygiene practices are followed at all times</li><li>Collaborate with other chefs to create innovative menu items and specials</li><li>Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels for your section</li><li>Responsible for ensuring daily storeroom requisitions and sufficient supplies during Kitchen operation are rotated and used in a FIFO system</li><li>Assist in menu planning and food cost control</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations</li><li>Participate in regular kitchen meetings and training sessionsMaintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li>Assist the Sous Chef as needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role</li><li>Vocational degree in Culinary Arts or related field</li><li>Fluency in English both verbal and written</li><li>Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>Proficiency in food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP principles</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced highpressure environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays</li><li>Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary</li></ul><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>No</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Fulltime</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
