Charter Manager - Sunreef Yachts Charter

Sunreef Yachts Charter is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly organised Charter Manager to oversee and expand the global charter activity of our luxury yacht fleet.This role requires deep industry expertise, strong broker networks, and a thorough understanding of MYBA contracts and high-end charter operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising charter revenue, strengthening global broker relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between yacht owners, captains, crew, and central agents.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strategically promote a fleet of Sunreef luxury yachts for charter worldwideDevelop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with international charter brokers and industry partnersManage and optimise yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other relevant charter platformsPrepare, review, and negotiate charter agreements (MYBA contracts and related addenda)Coordinate closely with captains and crew to ensure yacht readiness, operational excellence, and premium guest experience standardsAdvise yacht owners on charter strategy, pricing, positioning, utilisation, and market trendsRepresent Sunreef Yachts Charter at major yacht shows and industry events globallyPrepare tailored charter offers, itineraries, and client presentations aligned with luxury expectationsMonitor charter performance and deliver structured reporting to owners and internal managementEnsure full compliance with regulatory, classification, and flag state requirements applicable to charter operationsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in yacht charter management or yacht brokerageStrong working knowledge of MYBA contracts and charter proceduresProficiency in YachtfolioIn-depth knowledge of key charter destinations (Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Middle East, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple yachts and clients simultaneouslyCommercial mindset with a results-oriented approachExperience using CRM systems and performance tracking toolsAbility to work independently within a dynamic international team environmentWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work within a globally recognised luxury yacht brandA dynamic, international environment with direct exposure to high-profile owners and brokersCompetitive remuneration aligned with experience and performanceCareer growth within a fast-expanding charter divisionInvolvement in major yacht shows and global industry eventsA performance-driven culture with long-term development potentialCompetitive salary packageBasic Health insurancePaid Annual Leave + Sick Leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
