The Channel Partner Manager manages and grows relationships between the developer and brokerage firms ensuring brokers are enabled and motivated to sell properties.ResponsibilitiesManage strong relationships with brokerage firms.Provide project information, pricing and sales tools.Deliver training and presentations to brokers.Drive sales performance through brokerage channels.Organize broker events, roadshows, and engagement programs.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.Report market insights and competitor feedback.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Marketing or Real Estate.35 years experience in real estate or brokerage relations.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Understanding of regional real estate brokerage ecosystems.Required SkillsBachelors degree in Commerce Finance or a related discipline. 45 years of experience as a Counter Teller preferably in the real estate sector. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proven ability to manage confidential financial data responsibly. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.Required EducationBachelors degree in Commerce Finance or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
