<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Category Management Associate • Beverages&Confectionary - Chocolates</p><p>To assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving the sales and bottom line targets.</p><h3>JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES</h3><ul><li>Assist the Category Manager in executing category strategies and plans to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets.</li><li>Collect and analyze sales, margin, and market data to ensure informed decision‑making and accurate category performance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and pricing updates.</li><li>Support the preparation of category performance reports and presentations to ensure management visibility and effective business reviews.</li><li>Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and assortment details to ensure data accuracy across systems and marketing materials.</li><li>Follow up on supplier agreements, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines.</li><li>Assist in identifying assortment gaps and new product opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of category offerings.</li><li>Coordinate the execution of planograms, promotional displays, and merchandising activities to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and in‑store excellence.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word&PowerPoint)</li><li>Negotiation skills</li><li>Analytical skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
